Announcement 1: Cooking Lesson
The Blind Women’s Club is holding the first cooking lesson on Saturday, 7th May from 11.00 am – 2.00 pm at the Block A, Home Science Room, 3rd Floor. The recipe will be fish sambal. Places available for 8 blind women only. Please register with Ms. Mei Fong at tel. 019 280 1910.
Announcement 2: Massage Club AGM
This will be on Wednesday, 25th May, 8.30 am at the MAB Hall. Please register with Mr. Fong Chin Seng at tel. 016 225 0569. Closing date is 22nd May.
Announcement 3: Festive Hamper for the Blind
Registration forms are available at the reception counter. Please contact Mr. Subra at tel. 03 2272 2677. Closing date for registration is 31st May.
Announcement 4: Library Brainstorm
Library users are invited to attend this brainstorm session on Saturday, 21st May, 10.00 am at the Block A, Lecture Room, 2nd Floor. Please register with Pn. Zuraidah at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 150.
Announcement 5: Low Vision Brainstorm
Low Vision users are invited to attend this brainstorm session on Saturday, 21st May, 2.00 pm at the Block A, Lecture Room, 2nd Floor. Please register with Mr. Godfrey Ooi at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 127.
Announcement 6: Visit to Kota Bharu by Pertubuhan Khidmat Masyarakat
This will be from Friday – Sunday, 3 – 5 June. The fee is RM60.00 for members and RM80.00 for non-members. The bus will be leaving from Kompleks MAB at 8.30 am on 3rd June. For more information, please contact En. Ramli at tel. 019 344 9873.
Announcement 7: Basic Computer Course for Massage Club Members
This course will be from Thursday – Friday, 5 – 6 May starting 9.00 am – 12.30 pm. The fee is RM20.00 only. Please register with En. Shukur at tel. 016 606 9779.
Announcement 8: Buddhist Caring and Sharing Program
200 blind persons are invited to attend this program at the Brickfields Buddhist Bihara on Sunday, 8th May. The bus will be leaving from Kompleks MAB at 8.45 am. All names should be registered with Mr. Subra at tel. 03 2272 2677. Those names which are not registered, will not receive the hamper.
